These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of courses, memberships, coaching, educational programs, digital products, events, and other services offered by Kristina Kyser (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any of our offerings, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Educational Purposes Only
All content provided through our courses, programs, memberships, events, digital products, and communications is intended for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing provided by Kristina Kyser constitutes medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Participation in any offering does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, legal, or other professional relationship.
2. Personal Responsibility
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, health, wellbeing, and results. You agree to use your own judgment and seek appropriate professional support when necessary.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Individual experiences and outcomes vary.We make no guarantees regarding specific personal, professional, financial, therapeutic, educational, spiritual, or health-related outcomes from participation in any offering.
4. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, recordings, handouts, workbooks, slides, written content, digital products, and related materials are the intellectual property of Kristina Kyser unless otherwise stated.
Materials are provided for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, share, publish, modify, or create derivative works from any materials without prior written permission.
5. Payments and Refunds
All prices are listed in the applicable currency displayed at checkout.
Enrollment in a payment plan constitutes a commitment to complete all scheduled payments regardless of participation, attendance, or completion of the program, unless otherwise required by law.
Unless otherwise stated on the sales page for a specific offering, purchases are non-refundable.
Requests for exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion.
6. Community Conduct
Participants agree to engage respectfully with instructors, staff, guest speakers, and fellow participants.
We reserve the right to remove participants from any course, membership, event, or community space without refund if behaviour is abusive, discriminatory, threatening, disruptive, or otherwise harmful to the learning environment.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kristina Kyser shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in or use of any offering, website, course, event, digital product, community, or related service.
Your use of our offerings is entirely at your own risk.
8. Technology and Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for interruptions, delays, technical failures, platform outages, internet issues, payment processor errors, or failures of third-party services used to deliver our offerings.
9. Changes to Offerings
We reserve the right to modify course content, schedules, guest speakers, delivery methods, pricing, or program structure when reasonably necessary.
Such changes do not entitle participants to refunds or compensation.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
